Understanding Gender Diversity in a Time of Backlash: Colonial Legacies, Misinformation, and the Politics of Misrepresentation with Dr. Jesse Bossé

Webinar in englischer Sprache - veranstaltet von: Global Psychology Alliance (GPA)

Dr. Jesse Bossé (they/them) is a queer, nonbinary clinical psychologist whose work bridges mental health, education, and advocacy in support of transgender and gender-diverse communities. Their practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming approaches, with a strong emphasis on informed consent and systemic awareness.

In addition to their clinical work, Dr. Bossé provides training, consultation, and leadership on inclusive care practices, the ethics of affirming care, and the impact of structural oppression on gender-diverse individuals.

Dr. Bossé is the author of Beyond the Trans-Cis Binary: A Healthcare Provider’s Guide to Detransition and Non-Linear Gender Trajectories, a resource developed to support evidence-based, nuanced care amidst growing disinformation and political backlash.

English-Spanish interpretation will be available upon request.
